Tumor Necrosis Factor Inhibitors are medications that help stop inflammation. TNF inhibitors are often also called TNF blockers, biologic therapy, or anti-TNF drugs. They are often used to treat autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, juvenile arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, plaque psoriasis, ankylosing spondylitis, ulcerative colitis, and Crohn’s disease.
